NUTRITION + WELLNESS COACHING

Discovery Session:

In this free, 15 minute call we will have an in-depth conversation about your health history, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and any current struggles that you’re facing when it comes to overall wellness. My mission is to help you find balance with a carefully curated plan that creates long-term ease and contentment when it comes to food, movement, and thought.

 

This introductory session is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your story with me and learn more about how my health coaching program can help you heal your relationship with food and your body in a holistic, sustainable way. 

I have been fortunate to work with people of varied backgrounds from all over the world spanning 18-55 years old. College students to CEO's, new mom's to couples, athletes to artists.

The common denominator: a desire for BALANCE.

Sessions are virtual and cater to your time zone. I also offer in-person meetings and grocery shopping sessions for my NYC clients.
